Hypno

If you have a Drowsee in play, you may return it
to your hand and put Hypno into play without
paying it's mana cost.
{t}: Gain control of target creature as long as
Hypno remains tapped; you may choose not to
untap Hypno during your Untap phase.
When it locks eyes with an enemy, it will use a mix of
PSI moves such as Hypnosis and Confusion.
