Place sleep counters onto target creature or planeswalker equal to the result. That permanent can’t attack, block, or use activated abilities for as long as it has a sleep counters on it. At the beginning of its owners upkeep, remove a sleep counter. You may discard two cards to repeat this process.

Whenever you roll an odd number, target opponent discards a card.
