If Hypnoscale does damage to an opponent, you may tap a creature under their control. It can not untap on it's next untap step.

When Hypnoscale kills a creature, put a +1/+1 counter on another target creature.

Gain 1 life at your upkeep step for every +1/+1 counter under your control.
