I-400 Class Submarine

At the beginning of your end step, you may exile target vehicle from your hand face down. Whenever
I-400 Class Submarine attacks, you may cast it tapped and attacking from exile by paying its mana cost.
If you do, it gains haste, menace, and vigilance until end of turn. If I-400 Class Submarine dies, put that card into your graveyard. You may only have one card in exile this way.
Originally designed to launch air raids on America, the
war ended before the submarines could be used.
