I hate Oko so much

Exile up to one planeswalker named "Oko, Thief of Crowns" then search your opponents hand, deck, graveyard, and library for any other cards named "Oko, Thief of Crowns" and exile them. Draw a card. Your opponent can't play spells named "Oko, Thief of Crowns" ever again for their entire life.
How did this get past QA???
