Accustomed to trips between oases, keeping
your large avian form aloft requires a large
amount of energy. Adrenaline in combat
allows unrestricted flight per speed. Once
per short rest, you can use a Dash action
plus your movement to fly 20 feet and
land on the ground or on a perch. Once
per long rest, you can soar high above the
ground for 5 minutes.
