As long as your devotion to all colors is less than
ten, Icarus isn't a creature.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
search your library for a God creature card and
put it onto the battlefield. If you do, shuffle your library. Then, if you control fifteen or more legendary God creatures with different names,
you win the game.
