Icarus, The Contractor's Jewel can be your commander.
At the beginning of your upkeep, starting
with you, each player votes for industry or
infiltration. If industry gets more votes,
draw two cards. If infiltration gets more
votes, each opponent reveals their hand
and you choose one card from each to exile.
