Choose artifacts, creatures or enchantments. If
any opponent controls more of the chosen card
type than you, that player exiles enough of those
type of permanents with 2 Time counters until
they control the same number as you. If they
don't have Suspend, they gain Suspend. That
opponent may not cast spells of the same type as
the cards exiled while those cards are in exile.
