Whenever Ice Cold Pool attacks, tap target creature defending player controls. Then you may
pay X {u} or X life. If you do, put X stun counters on that creature.

As long as a creature an opponent controls has eight or more stun counters on it, you gain control of that creature, and it gains haste.
Creatures you control this way untap and can attack or block as though they had no stun counters.
