Ice Serpent

You may use frozen land as though it wasn't frozen to cast Ice Serpent.
Ice Serpent enters the battlefield with X +1+1 counters, where X is the amount of frozen land on the battlefield.
As I looked at the magnificent ice spire, I noticed a strange shape approaching the spire. As it slithered up the spire, it looked directly at us. I warned the group, shouting, 'Ice Serpent!'
