Icebound Fortitude

All permanents you control with Ice Counters on
them may Attack, Block and Activate abilities as
if they did not have an Ice Counter.
Whenever a permanent you control with an Ice
Counter would be destroyed or dealt damage,
you may prevent that damage and remove an
Ice Counter instead.
"What is this?... Ice Armor?—Steel wasn't
cold enough?"
