Whenever a vampire you control deals combat
damage to another creature put a +1/+1 counter
on that creature, it becomes a vampire in addition
to it's other types and cannot attack you or planeswalkers you control.
Whenever Ichor, Sanguine Progenitor dies or is
put into exile, destroy all other vampires.
