While you control Ictalus, the Dragonflame Hydra, Dragon creatures gain Haste, Indestructible and Hexproof
At the beginning of each of your upkeep search your library for a Dragon or Hydra creature and put it into
your hand then shuffle your library.
Whenever a Dragon or Hydra deals damage to an opponent double the damage that player would take.
