Icy, Witch of Ice

All permanents you control are snow permanents in addition to their other types.

Every time a snow permanent enters the battlefield
under your control, use scry 1, if it's the second
time, draw a card and if it's the third time, tap
target permanent and place a cold counter on that
permanent. Permanents with cold counters lose all abilities and cannot be untapped.
