Identity Crisis

If your commander is not in the Command Zone, return it to your Command Zone.
Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a Legendary Creature.
Shuffle your commander into your library and place that Legendary Creature into your Command Zone.
That legendary creature is now your Commander, and reset your commander tax to 0.
If you have more than one commander, repeat this process for each commander you have.
