When Identity Theft enters the battlefield, target creature loses its name for as long as Identity
Theft is on the battlefield.
Cards you own that were not targeted by Identity
Theft lose their names. Each of those cards' names becomes the same as the card targeted by Identity
Theft.
The "legend rule" only applies to pairs of permanents that share a card type, mana cost, and text box.
