IG-88 can block any creature regardless of any
abilities they have.
Ig-88 enters with X +1/+1 counters where X
is each {1} paid to cast IG-88
{x}, {t}: remove a +1/+1 counter, if you do all
creatures you control gain an ability of your
choice of vigilance or Lifelink until end of X
turns. IG-88 becomes indestructible until end
of X turns.
