Ikerdoom, Thirsty Chaos

Each turn, whenever a player casts the first spell cast that turn, each other player may discover X where X is that spell converted mana cost. Each opponent who does loses life equal to the discovered card converted mana cost (the last exiled card by that player) and you gain that amount of life. For each opponent who doesn’t, you may goad target creature that player control and put a +1/+1 counter on Ikerdoom.
