Gain control of target creature.
That creature gains "Suspend X where X is its mana cost". Suspend that creature.
When that creature enters the batterfield under your control, after you removed all the suspend counters from it, put X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the converted mana cost of that creature, up to a maximum of 3.
