When Ilise enters the battlefield, put a blood
counter on each Commander.
Whenever a Commander you control with a
blood counter on it becomes the target of a spell
or ability, counter it unless it's controller
sacrifices 7 permanents. If they do, remove a
blood token from that Commander.
Whenever a creature with a blood counter an
opponent controls dies, you may put a blood
counter on a Commander you control.
