At the beginning of each opponents end step,
create X 1/1 blue Tentacle creature tokens, where
X is the number of untapped creatures that
player controls.
Illaoi gets +1/+1 for each Tentacle you control. If
you control 5 or more Tentacles, Illaoi gets
trample.
