If you are not playing for ante, all players
take the top card of your library and put it
into a joined pile. This pile is the ante pile.
You are now playing for ante.
Add 1 to ante, opponent adds 2 to ante.
But like, if you're in California or any other
state that has illegalized gambling, this might be considered illegal...
