When Illuminati enters the battlefield, draw X cards.
Whenever you cast a spell if its an instant or sorcery spell, return it to your hand after it resolves. If its a creature, enchantment or planeswalker spell, create a token that is a copy of that creature/enchantment/planeswalker, then return it to your hand.
You can't cast the same spell twice.
Illuminati's power and toughness are both equal to the number of cards in your hand.
