Illusory Surface

Enchant land
When Illusory Surface enters the battlefield, exile
each nonland permanent. Whenever a player
draws a card, that player chooses a permanent
they own that was exiled by Illusory Surface and
returns it to either the battlefield or their hand.
Enchanted land has "{t}: Reveal your hand. For
each land in your hand that shares a name with
enchanted land, add one mana that enchanted
land could produce."
