Ilya, the Hex-Weaver

When Ilya, the Hex-Weaver enters the
battlefield, search you library for a Curse card
with converted mana cost X or less, put it onto
the battlefield attached to target player, then
shuffle your library.
Whenever a Curse enters the battlefield under
your control, you may create a token copy of that
card attached to target player.
