This card cannot be cast from anywhere else than

Enchanted Player dyes one of his or her clothe
piece he or she wears in the chosen colors. while
he or she does so, if it would be enchanted
player's turn, skip it and start the next player's
upkeep. When he or she is done, tear all cards
named "i'm dying for you!" you own into pieces.
