to a min 5 INT 9 WIS creature. Spell characteristics are from caster not recipient. After
cast, cannot prepare spell again until death or all
spells are used by recipient. See below:
HD 2> : 1 1st lvl spell / HD 3-4: 1-2 1st lvl
HD 5 and up: 1-2 1st lvl, and 1 2nd lvl
