Imix' Clepsydra

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, put a
Fire counter on Imix' Clepsydra. It deals X
damage to X target creature(s) of that player's
choice where X is the number of Fire counters
on Imix' Clepsydra. If the number of creatures
in play is less than X, sacrifice Imix' Clepsydra
and it deals X damage to each creature and player
instead.
