Immaculate Heart enters the battlefield
with X radinace counters on it.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield,
you may remove a radiance counter from
Immaculate Heart. If you do, exile that
creature until immaculate heart leaves the battlefield. When the last is removed, exile
Immaculate Heart.
