Flames wreathe one creature you can see. It
makes a Dex save and takes 8d6 fire damage on a
failure, or half as much on a success. On a failure,
the target burns, shedding bright light in a 30 ft
radius and dim light for an extra 30 ft. At the
end of each of its turns, it repeats the save. It
takes 4d6 fire damage on a failure, and the spell
ends on a success. These flames can't be
extinguished by nonmagical means. If this spell
kills a target, it is turn
