Impending Calm enters the battlefield with 3
calm counters on it
While Impending Calm is on the battlefield
damage cannot be dealt, cards cannot be milled
or exiled directly from your library, and
permanents cannot be destroyed
At the beginning of your upkeep remove a calm counter from impending calm
When there no calm counters on impending calm
exile it at the next endstep
The calm is coming, you cannot stop it
