tyranny cost rather than its mana cost.)
When Imperial Officer enters the battlefield, if
its tyranny cost was paid, return target creature
an opponent controls to its owner's hand.
The officers in the Empire take orders directly from
Lord Vader. Their jobs can mean life or death if they
are able to carry out his ambitious demands.
