Orator (When a Debate or Vote is called, the controlling player can roll one D20 dice.)
This card adds 1 to its dice roll for each Trooper
and Officer card on the player's field.
Whenever the controlling player wins a Debate,
they can search their deck for a Trooper Being
card and summon it to the field for no cost.
