Impervious Visions

You may look at the top card of your library
at any time.
Whenever you become the target of a spell
or ability an opponent controls, that player
can't draw cards until their next turn. If you
discarded a card this way, you may play the
top card of your library or put it on the
bottom of your library until end of turn.
