Imposing Scalefiend

When Imposing Scalefiend enters the battlefield,
put a stagnate counter on target creature you
don't control. (Creatures with stagnate counters lose
first strike and double strike and gain last strike.)
Whenever Imposing Scalefiend deals combat
damage to one or more creatures, propagate.
(Choose a counter on target creature. Give each other
creature with the same controller a counter of that
kind.)
