Imposing Vortex

Return {x} number of nonland permanents to their owner's hand. Is {x} is larger than 5, Imposing Vortex is not a sorcery and is instead an enchantment with the ability: Exile {x} number of nonland permanents, and they return to play under their owner's control if Imposing Vortex leaves play.
If {x} is higher than 5, Imposing Vortex cannot be countered.
