Whenever Impounding Patrol blocks or becomes blocked by one or more creatures, you may exile one of those creatures.
Whenever Impounding Patrol deals combat damage to a player, you may exile target artifact or enchantment that player controls.
When Impounding Patrol dies, exile all permanents that share a name with cards exiled with Impounding Patrol.
