Improbability Drive

If you just lost the game, without conceding, and the total CMC of cards in your graveyard, hand and in play equals 42 you may reveal this card from any zone. If you do, you win the game instead and all opponents that do not activate an Improbability Drive lose the game.
To activate this card you need the CMC to be exactly 42.
