Improvising Battlemage has +2/+0 and vigilance until the end of
this turn. If it's a land card, put that card tapped onto the
battlefield under your control. If it's a noncreature, nonland
card, Improvising Battlemage deals two damage to target player.
Activate this ability only once each turn, and only as a
sorcery.
