When Imputer of the Periphery enters the battlefield, each player may manifest any number of lands they control. Then, Imputer of the Periphery deals 2 damage to each player for each face up nonbasic land they control. (To manifest, turn each face down as a 2/2 creature. Players may turn these cards face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creat
