In Death's Clutches

Each player secretly chooses a number between 0
and the highest number of permanents a player controls, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously. Each player sacrifices a number
of permanents they control equal to the highest revealed number. If a player that is not you sacrifices less permanents than the highest
number revealed this way, that player loses the
game.
