Inaa, Humble Cartographer

When Inaa enters the battlefield, if {w} was spent
to cast it each player that controls less lands than
the player controlling the most lands may search
their library for a basic land card, reveal it and
put it into their hand. Each player who does
shuffles afterwards. If {g} was spent to cast it,
each of player that controls less lands than the
player controlling the most lands may put a basic
land card from their hand onto the battlefield
tapped. (Do both if {g}{w} was spent.)
