Incantation of the Skullstorm

Remains in play. Magical Vortex that uses the
small round template. It moves in a chosen
direction multiplied by the caster's level. On a
misfire, centre the template on the caster; then
move it the caster's level in inches in a random
direction. Any model under, or passed over by,
the template suffers a single Strength 5 hit with
no Armour saves allowed. The caster can elect
to use a large template instead. If he does so, the
casting value is increased to 25+.
