Incarnation of Death

When Incarnation of Death enters the battlefield destroy all other creatures they can't
be regenerated.
At the beginning of your upkeep sacrifice a creature and destroy target creature other than Incarnation of Death.
Whenever a creature is put into a graveyard from play put a +1/+1 counter on Incarnation of Death.
