sacrifices a land at random
Whenever a player cast a noncreature spell,
you may pay {u}{p/u}, if you do each player
sacrifices a nonland permanent at random
Whenever a land comes into play, you
may pay {b}{p/b}, if you do, each player
discards a card at random.
