Incendiary Cloud

A cloud of smoke and fire appears in a 20 ft
radius sphere. It spreads around corners and is
heavily obscured. It can be dispersed by strong
winds.When it appears, each creature in it makes
a Dex save. A creature takes 10d8 fire damage on
a failure, or half on a success. A creature also
makes this save when it enters the cloud for the
first time or ends its turn there.The cloud moves
10 ft in a direction you choose at the start of
your turn.
