Incendiary Cloud enters the battlefield with an
inferno counter on it.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
an opponent's control, Incendiary Cloud deals X damage to that creature, where X is the number
of inferno counters on Incendiary Cloud.
Creatures killed this way deal 1 damage to their controller.
