damage to a player, put a +1/+1 counter on it
and a blast counter on it.
When the third blast counter is put on Incendiary
Relic Dragon, it deals damage equal to its power
to all creatures. All creatures put into the grave-
yard this way are exiled. Exile Incendiary Relic
Dragon.
