When Incomprehensibility enters, for each creature on
the battlefield, exile X amount of cards from your library, these cards cannot be regenerated.
{e}{e}{e}{e}{e}{t}: Creatures you control gain Dreamscape
until the end of turn.
(At random, creatures with dreamscape may be switched with any creature in game)
When Incomprehensibility is exiled or put into a graveyard, destroy all nonland permanents.
